I have some suggestions:
first, chien pao should only have one ice type move since if you have two, it's just wasting move slots. ice spinner for less damage but more accuracy, icicle crash for slightly more damage with flinch but less accuracy. Sucker punch is a need for chien pao, and if you want, switch sacred sword/ crunch with protect. use focus sash because it can't take hits, but use life orb if you want extra damage.
Hisuian zoroak isn't absolutely horrible as a mixed sweeper, but there are much much better options out there. eg iron moth iron valiant etc
Multiscale is much better than inner focus on dragonite. also, no ddance?? replace thunder punch or waterfall with it.
dont use meloetta, it's horrible.
the above are just suggestions for your team. but the REAL IMPORTANT thing is...
READ THIS: in 2v2 doubles, its a double battle, so the best strat here is to use pokemon with good synergy, and your team doesn't have any like at all. (so you basically need to redo your team) pokemon with support moves like fake out helping hand, follow me etc are GREAT/ESSENTIAL. Strats/synergy like psychic terrain expanding force and drought torkoal walking wake are just a few examples of good synergy and strategy.
