Urshifu-Rapid-Strike (M) @ Choice Band
Ability: Unseen Fist
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Surging Strikes
- Close Combat
- U-turn
- Aqua Jet

Desc: This is your typical bread and butter Band-Shifu set, being capable of 2HKOing would-be checks in physically defensive Clefable and Corviknight after Stealth Rock. Aqua Jet helps to deal with Volcarona, Blacephalon, and Sand Rush Excadrill. Its undeniable wallbreaking power adds to the offensive synergy between it, Garticuno, and Regieleki. Adamant nature provides the chance to OHKO Volcanion and 2HKO defensive Tornadus-T and guarantee a OHKO on Rotom-W with Close Combat whilst also making Surging Strikes Hit Harder.

Articuno-Galar @ Heavy Duty Boots
Ability: Competitive
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 80 HP / 252 SpA / 176 Spe
Modest Nature
- Freezing Glare
- Hurricane
- Psyshock
- Future Sight

Desc: This Garticuno is meant to serve as an offensive pivot capable of taking advantage of the Lando-T switch forced by regieleki to get a Competitive boost. Future Sight benefits Urshifu greatly by allowing it to wear down it's resists, and break through Pex and allows Regieleki to pressure ground types throughout the match by forcing them to switch in. Psyshock was chosen over U-Turn/Shadow Ball due to Resisted Twisted Spoon boosted Freezing Glare doing more dmg than Neutral Shadow Ball and U-Turn not being as necessary since Garticuno rarely forces a switch. Hurricane over U-Turn to make further use of the Competitive boost to dmg Weavile and provide a better option against Rillaboom, Volcarona, Rillaboom, and Rain Teams. 176 Spe allows Garticuno to outspeed Adamant Rillaboom and Buzzwole, rest is put into HP to improve bulk. Paired together with Eleki this mon can overwhelm the hell out of Landorus, Toxapex, Corviknight, Slowking and Tapu Fini.

Regieleki @ Choice Specs
Ability: Transistor
EVs: 40 HP / 252 SpA / 216 Spe
Timid Nature
- Thunderbolt
- Rapid Spin
- Ancient Power
- Volt Switch

Desc: Transistor + Specs allows Regieleki to 2HKO EVERY OU tier non-immune switch-in except Blissey, T-Tar, and Ferrothorn, making it a potent offensive threat and cleaner once its counters have been removed. 216 spe + Timid allows it outspeed modest Kingdra in rain. Ancient Power helps to wear down Lando as it switches in as well as serve as a KO option against Volcarona set-up. Rapid Spin provides hazard removal on the various switches regieleki forces. Against teams where Electric Immunites are non-existent or eliminated, Regieleki completely dominates as an unstoppable wallbreaker even when resisted. Urshifu beats every Ground-type in the metagame that Regieleki lures in and Regieleki threatens Offensive Tornadus, Pex, Slowbro, Rocky Helmet Corv, Scarf Kartana, Pelipper, Fini, and Zapdos, all of which Urshifu dislikes being in front of. Specs Volt Switch forms an amazing core with Urshifu bringing it in on the Blissey, Ferrothorn, SpD T-Tar switch-ins regieleki attracts.

Here are some of the calcs:
- 252 SpA Choice Specs Transistor Regieleki Thunderbolt vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Kingdra: 288-339 (98.9 - 116.4%) -- 93.8% chance to OHKO
- 252 SpA Choice Specs Transistor Regieleki Thunderbolt vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Kartana: 327-386 (126.2 - 149%) -- guaranteed OHKO
- 252 SpA Choice Specs Transistor Regieleki Thunderbolt vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Tapu Lele: 244-288 (86.8 - 102.4%) -- 93.8% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock
- 252 SpA Choice Specs Transistor Regieleki Thunderbolt vs. 252 HP / 236+ SpD Heatran: 193-228 (50 - 59%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery

Necrozma @ Weakness Policy
Ability: Prism Armor
EVs: 252 HP / 8 Atk / 12 Def / 120 SpA / 116 Spe
Rash Nature
- Photon Geyser
- Brick Break
- Heat Wave
- Stealth Rock

Desc: This is an Anti-Meta Necrozma hazard setter set that takes advantage of Prism Armor and the frequent Knock Offs and U-Turns Necrozma encounters from Urshifu, Dragapult, Tornadus-T, Landorus-T, Ferrothorn, etc for a Weakness Policy boost that it can use to eliminate a threat outright or punch significant holes in the opposing team early. Brick Break provides Utility in Dual Screen/Veil removal and can OHKO Tyranitar and Crawdaunt after a boost, the former of which Necrozma is walled by otherwise. Heat Wave provides coverage against every Steel Type in the OU tier except Heatran, which Rotom switches into comfortably. STAB Photon Geyser serves as a Nuke button for big damage and early wallbreaking, doing HUGE damage after a WP boost. 252 HP + 12 Def minimize dmg rolls while 116 Spe allows Necrozma to get the jump on Adamant Crawdaunt, BD Azumarill, SpD Lando-T and Banded T-Tar. 8 Atk EVs improves the boosted OHKO roll on Crawdaunt. Rest is put into SpA for Dmg.

Melmetal @ Assault Vest
Ability: Iron Fist
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 148 HP / 92 Atk / 252 SpD / 16 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Double Iron Bash
- Earthquake
- Ice Punch
- Superpower

Desc: Typical AV Melmetal set with SpD maxed to improve dmg rolls against Special Attackers like Dragapult, Lele, and the like. Double Iron Bash is Melmetal's main wallbreaking move with 92 Atk EVs and an Adamant nature letting Melmetal OHKO Dragapult and Tapu Koko with Double Iron Bash. Superpower was chosen over Thunder Punch to have an option against Ferrothorn, Kartana, and Air Balloon Heatran as well as to not get walled by opposing Rotom-W's in exchange for not hitting Corv's and Slowbro as hard. Earthquake hits opposing Melmetal, Heatran, Toxapex, and Victini, for SE dmg. 16 Spe EVs let's it outpace Toxapex and speed creep other Melmetals.

Rotom-Wash @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 248 HP / 196 Def / 4 SpA / 60 Spe
Bold Nature
- Volt Switch
- Hydro Pump
- Will-O-Wisp
- Pain Split

Desc: Once again a familiar set, Defensive Pivot Rotom-W fends off physical offensive threats like Garchomp and Barraskewda. Will-O-Wisp lets Rotom-W cripple hard-hitting physical attackers like Melmetal, Weavile, and Garchomp and nullifies Ferrothorn's Leftovers recovery and weakens its attacks. 60 Spe EVs lets Wash outspeed SpD Lando-T, Banded T-Tar, CM Fini, and Adamant Crawdaunt whilst still under-speeding other Rotom-Washes for a slower Volt Switch. Leftovers and Pain Split serve as a forms of recovery, helping it more consistently check Garchomp and switch into Heatran as well as take Stealth Rock chip damage more easily. Melmetal appreciates Rotom-W threatening the likes of Corviknight and Slowbro, while Melmetal can check powerful attackers like Tapu Lele and Choice Band Tyranitar that can overwhelm Rotom-W.

Gen 8 OU in 2025? With GArticuno, Regieleki, and Necrozma??? This team cool as hell
I really like the synergy between Regieleki, Urshifu and Garticuno here. One major issue I see is that you dont have an electric immune pokemon, so opposing Regieleki and Tapu Koko can just spam Volt Switch to get free damage and momentum over and over again. I would consider replacing Necrozma with an offensive stealth rock Landorus-Therian or swords dance + stealth rock Garchomp here. Will post a full RMT later.

Changes
1. Necrozma -> Swords Dance + Stealth Rock Garchomp
Garchomp is a stealth rock setter than can put pressure on common Defog users like Landorus-Therian and thus keep rocks up consistently. This helps Urshifu-RS and Regieleki immensely. Regieleki can also come in on common Garchomp checks like Slowbro and Corviknight. It can also sweep late game after Urshifu weakens opposing physical walls. An offensive Landorus-Therian can also be used in place of Garchomp.
This team also lacks an electric immunity, so electric types like Rotom-Wash, Tapu Koko, Zeraora etc. can freely spam Volt Switch to get free damage and momentum every time. Garchomp helps prevent this to an extent.
2. Gave Rotom-Wash 132 speed EVs in order to outspeed Modest Volcanion.

I think you made a typo saying "ground immunity" instead of electric, but otherwise I like your suggestions!
