I know Politoad and a few other mons are a lot better for rain setup, but using this team and using Hisuian Goodra to set up rain has worked really well. Goodra tanks a lot of damage, so there is really no reason to worry about it dying and not being able to set up rain.
**Gooey (Goodra-Hisui) @ Damp Rock
Ability: Shell Armor
Tera Type: Dragon
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
Lax Nature
- Rain Dance
- Counter
- Body Press
- Knock Off

For Kingdra, I found its moveset online, and for the most part it works well, especially using Waterfall with Choice Band during rain.
Basin (Kingdra) @ Choice Band
Ability: Swift Swim
Tera Type: Water
EVs: 252 Atk / 80 Def / 176 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Waterfall
- Outrage
- Flail
- Iron Head

Again, I got this moveset online but I see it works really well.
Hawaiian Punch (Ludicolo) @ Choice Specs
Ability: Swift Swim
Shiny: Yes
Tera Type: Water
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Weather Ball
- Energy Ball
- Ice Beam
- Focus Blast

I think Barraskewda is a really good sweep if it attacks first; if it doesn't, it usually gets OHKO'd quite easily.
Hawkeye (Barraskewda) @ Quick Claw
Ability: Swift Swim
Shiny: Yes
Tera Type: Water
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Liquidation
- Close Combat
- Drill Run
- Poison Jab

I pretty much just use Scizor if my opponent has a trapper team.
Seven (Scizor) @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Swarm
Shiny: Yes
Tera Type: Bug
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Bullet Punch
- Bug Bite
- Steel Beam
- U-turn

Kingambit is my last resort mon if everything goes south lol.
The Agenda. (Kingambit) @ Air Balloon
Ability: Supreme Overlord
Shiny: Yes
Tera Type: Dark
EVs: 116 HP / 252 Atk / 140 Spe
- Swords Dance
- Kowtow Cleave
- Iron Head
- Sucker Punch

You have the right idea with your team, but there are a few things which need fixing:
- Pelliper is by far the best rain mon, because of its ability Drizzle which sets up rain on switch in. Goodra has to waste a turn clicking rain dance in which the opponent can set up hazards, stat boosts, or switch in to a check for goodra to force a switch and then set up. If you are insistent on using goodra, then I’d suggest you change its ability from shell armour to sap sipper or gooey, as they are far better abilities. Use Draco meteor and heavy slam instead of counter and body press. Lastly change the Tera type to fairy as it is offers better defensive power than dragon on goodra.
- Idk if physical or special kingdra is better, but physical seems to be fine. Get rid of flail because it isn’t that good of a move, replace it with flip turn. Also I don’t understand the purpose of the 80 defense evs, wouldn’t those be better in speed?
- Ludicolo’s moveset is fine, but it isn’t really good so maybe consider replacing it with a different rain sweeper.
- Don’t run quick claw on barraskewda, it isn’t a good item as it is inconsistent, and barraskewda outspeeds the entire meta with swift swim so it is unnecessary anyway. Choice band would be a better item. Also naive is a rlly random nature, idk why you’d run that, just run adamant or jolly (check whether adamant still outspeeds all threats with swift swim boosts.)
- As for scizor, swarm is an extremely bad ability, use technician instead. Heavy duty boots are unnecessary on scizor because it isn’t specifically threatened by hazards, I would tell you to swap to choice band as that is by far the best item on scizor but then you would have too many choiced attackers, so you should swap out one of your choiced mons for something else. Swap bug bite and steel beam with knock off and dual wingbeat, as steel beam isn’t a good move in general, and especially on scizor which is not a good special attacker and is not bulky. Change to Tera steel because bug isn’t a very good offensive type and your go to offensive move would be bullet punch. Also I am unsure of what you mean by a “trapper team,” so could you please clarify that?
- You haven’t specified a nature for kingambit, I’d recommend adamant. 116 speed evs is an odd amount, either go 252 speed or 44 speed for a more bulky set. The item and Tera type aren’t the best, but they are viable options. I’d recommend leftovers and tera ghost.
