This is a Stall Team.

Mandibuzz

Mandibuzz @ Leftovers
Trait: Big Pecks
EVs: 252 SDef/ 248 HP/ 8 Def
Careful Nature (+SDef,-SAtk)

  • Toxic
  • Roost
  • Taunt
  • Brave Bird

The Wall of my Team. Toxic for Stalling and Roost for decent recovery. Taunt for no Entry Hazards and Brave Bird is paired with Roost and Leftovers for very few Recoil.

Qwilfish

Qwilfish @ Leftovers
Trait: Intimidate
EVs: 252 HP/ 252 Def/ 4 SDef
Impish Nature (+Def,-SAtk)

  • Toxic Spikes
  • Spikes
  • Waterfall
  • Poison Jab/ Thunder Wave

My Physically Defensive Qwilfish. Great typing which gives it resistances to the most common types in RU such as Fire, Steel and Fighting types. Intimidate lets it set up Entry Hazards against a huge portion of the tier. Toxic Spikes and Spikes for Entry Hazards and Waterfall for STAB and a rather powerful Water attack. Now, i don't know what to choose between Poison Jab and Thunder Wave. Poison Jab for STAB but Thunder Wave for Support.

Clefable

Clefable (F) @ Life Orb
Trait: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 HP/ 252 SDef/ 4 Def
Bold Nature (+Def,-Atk)

  • Cosmic Power
  • Stored Power
  • Softboiled
  • Ice Beam

My Support Pokemon. Cosmic Power for raising both Defenses and Stored Power is pretty strong powered up with Life Orb. Life Orb has no recoil damage because of Magic Guard. Softboiled is for very good recovery and Ice Beam is to cover as many types as possible and no Pokemon is immune to Ice attacks.

Cofagrigus

Cofagrigus @ Leftovers
Trait: Mummy
EVs: 252 HP/ 136 Def/ 120 SDef
Relaxed Nature (+Def,-Atk)

  • Will-O-Wisp
  • Hex
  • Calm Mind
  • Hidden Power Fighting

I never really made a moveset with this Pokemon so it may be bad. Will-O-Wisp for Burning and Hex for combo with the Burn. Nasty Plot for more damage with Hex and HP Fighting and HP Fighting for Coverage against Dark types.

Cryogonal

Hitmonchan @ Life Orb
Trait: Iron Fist
EVs: 252 Atk/ 216 SpD/ 40 HP
Adamant Nature (+Atk,-SAtk)

  • Foresight
  • Rapid Spin
  • Drain Punch
  • Thunder Punch

My Rapid Spinner. Foresight to hit Ghost types with Attacks and Rapid Spin which is for blowing away Entry Hazards. Drain Punch for STAB and Recovery and Thunder Punch to cover as much Types as possible.

Steelix

Steelix @ Leftovers
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP/ 160 SDef/ 96 Def
Impish Nature (+Def,-SAtk)

  • Stealth Rock
  • Earthquake
  • Gyro Ball
  • Dragon Tail

Steelix is here for more Support due to it's awesome Defense Stats. Stealth Rock is for more Entry Hazards. Earthquake for awesome Coverage and STAB and Gyro Ball is great STAB paired up with Steelix's low Speed. Dragon Tail is not affected by Taunt and the Pokemon who is dragged out is highly damaged.

This is the end of my first RU Team ever. Smogon's RU Stall guide helped me out alot with advice on how to make good Stall Teams and such.

i would go with poison jab on qwilfish since you have a toxic spikes and a mandibuzz with toxic. You would just use thunder wave to slow them down but then they wouldnt die as fast from toxic damage. Toxic spikes is there anyways. You also have WoW on confagrius so you have that if it is poison or steel type.

Okay, I know you're not finished with it yet, but I already see a problem. Once you add more I'll edit my answer in more.

Mandibuzz

Overcoat? Weather is virtually nonexistent in RU. You need to Change his ability to Big Pecks. Also his EVs, I k ow you want a wall, but you have to choose one or the other. Special Wall, or Physical Wall?

  • Special Wall
    248 HP / 8 Def / 252 SpD
    Careful Nature

  • Physical Wall (not recommended)
    248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD
    Impish nature.

Qwilfish

Same problem, you need to choose one or the other. I recommend Physically Defensive Qwilfish because paired with Intimidate attacks will be minor.

  • Physically Defensive
    252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
    Impish Nature.

Clefable

Okay, seriously why don't you ever run HP EVs? If you don't run them you're Pokemon will seriously take a beating. I suggest using Clefable as a Special wall.
Using these EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
With the extra HP investment, Softboiled will make this clefable super annoying to Special sweepers.

Cofagrigus

Nice choice to cover up your fighting weakness. Once again, HP? Cofagrigus is a great defensive wall, but I suggest these EVs 252 HP / 136 Def / 120 SpD Also, if you find Nasty Plot isn't working I'd use Calm Mind just to wall it up even more.

Hitmonchan

Rapid Spin set has these EVs 40 HP / 252 Atk / 216 Spe with life orb damage, on top of damage from hazards, or Pokemon. The HP will come in handy. Also, I don't recommend Ice Punch because you have ice beam on clef able. Try Thunder Punch (since you don't have any electric moves yet)

Steelix

Impish Nature, not Relaxed

Plus qwilfish can set up spikes and mandibuzz should defintly be special defsive.
Quilfish has great bulk and typing
What are you talking about, my Mandibuzz is virtually unbeatable as a Physical Wall!
And this is down voted because?
Not me. Must be an unexperienced newbie that did.
Relaxed powers up Gyro Ball.
That is exactly why i kept Relaxed :P
