Impish isn't going to do you as much as Adamant or Careful in the final stat calcs.
Stone Edge may do you some good over Crunch, I'd try it out.

Genesect

Mild and Naughty are my two top nature suggestions. Defenses aren't really needed here, and the extra attacking are gonna be awesome.
