I see what you are doing here but there are better options for a moveset.Try:
Froslass (F) @ Focus Sash
Trait: Snow Cloak
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
-Destiny Bond
-Spikes
-Taunt
-Ice Beam
This set allows you to taunt any other leads or anybody that wants to come in and try to take this guy on.The focus Sash allows you to take a hit and survive.Tuant+Destiny Bond means the other pokemon has to either switch or attack you and if they attack you the go down with you.

Nothing wrong with this guy but it might be best to switch Fire Blast with a more reliable fire type attack. Again its not needed its just recommended. Life Orb would also work better here instead of Leftovers.

Looking at your team i see one problem with it. You have way to many special attackers. A Special wall will have little trouble against you once Chandulure and Frosslass is gone, and both of them are pretty frail.Umbreon will also have a nice day with your team. So i suggest you replace Raikou with this guy:

Trait: Moxie
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd

- Stone Edge / Brick Break
With this set you get great Speed and Attack. Moxie gives you more Attack every-time you defeat a Pokemon making a sweep really easy.Outrage is a obvious choice with its huge Attack. Earthquake is STAB and the best ground move you can get out there. Crunch is also STAB and also lowers defense. Stone Edge gives you the Edge-Quake Combo while Brick Break can let you break duel screeners and take on other Dark types.

-Hidden Power [Ice]
You will be switching a lot with this but it will work better than what you are trying to do. U-Turn for Scouting.Thunderbolt is good STAB and gets boosted from the Choice Specs. Heat Wave & HP Ice are coverage and also get boosted by Specs. With Thunderbolt and HP Ice you get that famous Bolt-Beam combo which covers so many pokemon.

Good job with him. Make sure you keep him alive as he will need to support you team throughout the game a lot.

I see nothing wrong with this guy. But again you might want a physical attacker.

Azumarill (M) @ Choice Band
Trait: Huge Power
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Aqua Jet
- Body Slam
- Superpower
- Ice Punch
Huge Power and Choice Band give this guy so much attack. Aqua Jet is STAB and priority. Body Slam is great power and chance to Paralyze. Superpower is just destruction in the waiting. Ice Punch is coverage.
