The person who edited the question was me. I'm aware I made the question different -- that's because I wouldn't have allowed it as it were originally. The reason for that is it's a moveset question, which we can't allow at all. Even if this particular scenario is different to the main Victini thread, if we allow it then it looks like we'll let people post new threads asking for special movesets whenever they like. We can't do that since it would distribute sets for different Pokemon across multiple threads, and in due time would end up very messy with so many different threads getting bumped to the front. (As in, under those grounds we'd also have to allow people to post threads asking for sets for particular natures, abilities etc. similar to what you asked for the event Pokemon. This would crowd the site with moveset stuff pretty quickly.)
The edit I made wasn't a misunderstanding, it was mindfully changing the thread so that it fit within the rules so you could at least have some insight rather than have the thread taken down entirely (I left a comment explaining this). If you don't like what I did, you can change it. (Perhaps something like "What options can replace x moves on Victini's learnset?" is better?) Just make sure the question's focus isn't on making a moveset thread.
I hope that makes sense -- we just have to be careful that we're not making loopholes for people to exploit later on.

I'm only still playing because my friends kept the desire going. If they had grown out of it by now, I'm sure I would've too.

Thanks bro. Can't guarantee I'm back for good though. I'm still having trouble enjoying competitive play and many of my old friends have long gone and I recognize very few people around haha (stupid name change :P)
