Wall for -RisingManectric- (page 55)

It looks like a pretty strong foundation -- only a couple things I'd recommend:

- Icicle Crash instead of Blizzard on Arctozolt. Perfect accuracy is nice, but it's not worth sacrificing EVs and a beneficial Nature to get it. Icicle Crash works just fine.

- I typically like to use Specs + 4 attacks Kyu in Monotype. Chople Berry is decent, but Kyu can just do so much more with Dragon STAB and Ice Beam, Keep Substitute if you must, but ditch Roost and swap in Draco Meteor.

- I prefer Mamo for the brute force, but Pilo is great for the bulk. All I can say is to test out the team and see if you need more power or more bulk.

- Glastrier >>>>>>>> Avalugg. It actually has an offensive niche instead of just being a wall, and it can do some serious damage. Here's the set I like:

Glastrier @ Leftovers  
Ability: Chilling Neigh  
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD  
Adamant Nature  
IVs: 0 Spe  
- Substitute  
- Swords Dance  
- Icicle Crash  
- High Horsepower
