It might be better to show rather than tell, so I added an explanation to the set you linked. I make sure to mention what the crux of the strategy is and what the set's role is, plus attempt to justify weird parts of the set (ex: Giga Drain instead of Roost). Above all, I'd keep the best variation of the set. But if they're all the same, I'd just keep whichever has the most votes.

My opinion is that those should be removed. There aren't two sentences of explanation there, and as you point out, it's not insightful to the strategy at all.
However, if the set happens to be good and it's not posted elsewhere in the thread, I like to add a basic description myself and keep it.
