Why was Mienshao banned from UU?:

Minengxiao was kicked out of UU because he was blunt in class. This group represents the most severe sleep burns within the same classification. Regenerator is a great feature. Regenerator restores access to LO Recoil, Helmets, and Threat Tokens, allowing you to perform powerful melee attacks. Knock Off is tested in the same way as Moltres and Salamence. The U-turn causes Miengshao to activate the regenerator, allowing the Pokémon to hold onto the token and flee from the Pokémon, while OHKO is unable to do this. TL? DR: Mienshao was kicked out of UU because he was too dangerous for them. Mienshao has a base speed of 105, and stacking moves like Knock Off, U-Turn, Regenerator, Poison Jab, Stone Edge, Blaze Kick, and Buzzwole can be used with OU meta mods like Latias and Kommo, making Life Orb gear can be used. Nightmare, UU solved it.

This Kabutops set is used as a Suicide Squad in Gen 8 SS NU for Hyper Crime Teams. Anti-Stealth Chips give Pokemon an infiltrating threat. Rapid Spin allows you to avoid threats in your favor. Knock Off can break things up and be useful against ghost types that try to spinblock. Weak armor allows the opponent to gain speed with contact moves in Pokemon. This sphere is used in the first round of combat because you have to find the rocks and there is no danger on your side.

Since this guide set is for hyper-offense teams, setup sweepers like Blastoise, Selajal, Sylvi-Ground, Decidu, and Tyrantrum are good allies for kabutops.

Why use kabutops over other top pokemon?

Aerodactyl and Froslas are the other suicide drive options in Gen 8 NU. Both Pokemon use Taints to defend against incoming threats. When Kabutops uses Rapid Spin, Kabutops chooses two other main options: dealing good damage to opposing Pokemon and removing items from opposing Pokemon via knock-offs. Clearing knock-off items will still give you some progress in the game.

Controls and counters

Physically defensive Pokemon like Madsdale and Starkataka take very little damage from Kabutopp's moves, but a knock-off will cripple them. Also, there aren't really a lot of controllers and contractors in this area (aside from the opposing drivers Froslas and Aerodactyl), take charge of this area by throwing stones, eliminating threats from your side, and then fighting.
