If the set has a decent description or has reasonable ideas that aren't seen elsewhere on the thread, then it's probably fine.
For example, I preserved some defensive sets for Garchomp and Salamence because those sets (especially the former) are reasonable, and they weren't posted by somebody else. If somebody else had posted defensive Garchomp with a description, then I probably would've just removed the answer.

On second thought, maybe we can keep the answer you linked since Occa Berry and Iron Defence are somewhat unique and aren't completely awful. We can just add Iron Barbs to it.
