Lycanroc-Dusk is the best Lycanroc for Smogon and Monotype configurations.

I know you said OU, but no form of lycan rock is possible with OU. Go through the actual wall breaker included in the OU service connection.
Since the Lycanroc tables are on different levels, we list those levels, why they are there, and what they do.
Lycan Rock - Twilight
Lycanroc-Dusk is UU level. What makes them better than other wolves is their strong hands. Strong Claw increases Axellock's mobility to move forward, so Lycanroc Dusk becomes a formidable Avenger and her UU perimeter attacker. However, due to his small size and low defenses, he needed help to save him. Still, Lycanroc-Dusk is a very strong Pokémon in UU.

Lycanroc-Midnight has a chance for No Guard Stone Edge and the all-important move, Sucker Punch. What makes Lycanroc-Midnight even worse with his competitive Lycanroc mode is his slow speed and poor defensive attacks at mid-range. This means that Lycanroc-Midnight, like other species, needs tree support.

In Rock VR and SS Monotype VR, Lycan Rock-Dusk is C rank, Lycan Rock is D rank, and Lycan Rock-Midnight is UR.
Note that in Monotype, Lycanroc looks the worst, so it is placed at the bottom.
Lycanroc-Dusk: Lycanroc-Dusk has good attack and speed stats, but Hard Claw, Barbaracle, Tyranitar, and Rhyperior are all great wall breakers. All three have slow speed, but the first has better attack speed and velocity with shell smash and powerful claws, while the second is better and has higher attack speed.
Lycanroc - We also lost Barbaracle, Tyranitar and Rhyperior. However, Sand Rush Lycanroc's advantage is limited, allowing him to quickly defeat Pokemon like Sand Rush Excadril, which ranks him a D.
Lycanroc-Midnight: His three Stonebreakers above have been defeated.
tl;DR Lycanroc-Dusk is his best Lycanroc at Smogon and Monotype levels. This is thanks to its combat stats, good speed, good cover, and strong claws, but Monotype currently lags behind UU.
