I checked the threads you linked -- all the down-votes are from the same person. I'm going to speak to them and see they will at least explain why they are doing this.
I can't say too much, but this may not go well if certain past experiences are anything to go by.

Maybe they do. If the ability is bad then maybe the set should be downvoted.
If the ability is unobtainable then the set should be removed completely.
