Haxorus can be caught as Axew in Mistralton Cave, which is quite an obscure, little known place - Blink and you'll miss it - plus, Mistralton Cave is the only place where you can catch an Axew. It has an Uncommon rarity - I'd say it isn't hard to see one as it was my first encounter on that cave. If you are unlucky however, you'll end up with a Swoobat or a Boldore instead.

Good luck with the Nuzlocke! I recommend playing BW before BW2 though, just in case you are interested in the story :)
