Don't take this to the Tour thread, ask me I'll answer better. Might be a problem with your internet. Smogon's main server hasn't went down since late-2019 iirc, do try changing your network. Smogon's working great for me.

TL;DR unless Pokemaster has changed his mind, we'll only allow general advice for in-game playthroughs e.g., "What are the best strategies to beat Cynthia?" as opposed to "How do I beat Cynthia with my team?"
So advice for playthroughs is definitely not going away, especially if Pokemaster opts for option B instead. Option A just forces in-game team questions to have a broader, non-team specific scope.
It's worth mentioning that the rule TY's question breaks is separate from these.
