I wonder if fighting addiction is easy when you have someone you care about to listen to. Obviously, the weight of addiction is strong, and just because you care about someone doesn't necessarily mean you'll listen to them at first. But maybe, even if it takes a couple times, if you have that one person, you will finally listen, maybe not enough to stop, but at least long enough to postpone your addiction.

But I wonder if there comes to a point where you care more about the drug than the person. Where you genuinely aren't willing to listen, even consider, the person has lost all meaning, weight, and gravity...

I can kinda relate to addicts. They aren't trying to stop indulging, they are trying to find ways to make it less obvious until they get to a point where they are alone... or they don't care to disguise it anymore.

And Genuinely, why SHOULD you stop?

The risk of addiction is satisfaction...

I'm spending too much time chasing satisfaction than my own future.
