Just want to follow up on what apokemongamer said. Mega hawlucha is kinda gimmicky and if your opponent has fake out the strategy falls apart. Froslass and staraptor are good but I should also mention that Raichu Y,Charizard Y and Gengar are still relevant. If you have never played VGC before I’d recommend mega froslass as it’s easy to use and has a fairly high skill cap. Plus random freezes can bail you out of bad situations. Also I’m not saying any of this to mess with you This is genuine advise

He has a perish trap team take out gengar quickly protect your fragile Pokemon from fake out/mega staraptor

The meta is mega staraptor plus a support whimsicott. Mega Hawlucha entrainment plus a guy with insta ko move is good. Mega frosslass is also pretty good
