The Wikipedia article seemed very complicated so I'll read it later, but I did get the basics from what you said. However, when I tried using the h3 tag in my "all pokemon games" answer it didn't work in the preview, and I couldn't save the changes cause the new answer broke the character limit. So, does the tag not work in the preview like the insert tag?

It doesn't really matter, but I just wanna say that I wasn't teasing her because she was blind. I mean, I knew that she was blind, but I wasn't thinking "oh she's blind I should make fun of her for it" or anything. I just found quite a few of her misspellings funny. True, she misspells things more often because... well, she's blind, but it was the misspellings I found amusing, not the fact that she was blind.

Based on what I can see, you give a certain text an "id" and then hyperlink a different text to that "id" instead of an actual link.

Hey Fizz, I noticed some sort of new h3 markdown formatting on the "How to write a good quality question" post. Since there isn't anything about that on the meta post explaining formatting, can you explain how its used? I'd love to use it to create an Index in my all pokémon games answer. The only other way to hyperlink to something in an answer is to use headlines, but that can't be used for non-headline text.

Also, are there any limitations to this method?

Hello, i’m here to report chat room bullying; i’ve waited too long to bring it up, didn’t want to hurt anyone who i thiught was a friend, well, not anymore. I’m taking my stand NOW

FOR SOME BACK INFO, the users i’m mentioning know i’m  difficultly visually impaired so sometimes i mess up spelling. They used to just tease a pittle now they do ut enough that i actually almost cried just now. Its not funny anymore and it’s been going on for too long   Which is basically ever  since I arrived  nothing more serious  Stuff has been the last few months. The same users also refuse to use my new username “Eos” i tried some nice day to use the new name but they were refusing i care less about that though than the teasing turned bullying. When i asked “ why are you teasing me more about it lately.”  I basically said because it was fine and I were bored  One of them BMTTm )the YM is the trademark symbol) said “ and we only get worse.” The other user  when my mind is an instigator of all of it  Is Yuya The Goggles.

 He said if I was going to be poor thing I would’ve done in about a year ago But  are you gonna wasn’t that bad.  This point I’m tired of it  no matter what I say nice or forceful they won’t listen  I didn’t want to involve staff but i’... just done I don’t know what to do nso i came here
