good question. iirc, if someone hits expert on one section, they will on all. the point requirement for expert on RMT and meta is a lot lower, though.

I was teasing when I made bm an expert. Promotions have to be overseen by all of staff typically, I just did BM as a joke lol

When Silver edited the last promotions thread to bump it up for pm to see, she also snuck in a suggestion for my promotion as Editor.
