If I were to hunt the Cubone here's how I'd do it:
1. Catch a Cubone
2. Breed with Quirky Nature Ditto with good IVs
3. Transfer Quirky Cubone to Spanish file
4. Breed with Ditto and hope for good IVs
5. Transfer new Quirky good IV Spanish Cubone back to Engilsh file
6. Hunt for a male shiny
