I definitely misremembered heavily how it went but it's a song I heard from a progressive ad.

Now I just need to find what it's called.

It's not very often I get a certain melody stuck in my head and I don't really listen to music like the one part I have in my head, so it's quite unlikely I'll actually be able to identify it, but I at least have a good starting place and some potentially cool music to listen to along the way.

I should mention that the part I remember is eight notes.

What are some iconic guitar riffs from either games or songs? There's been a part of a song that's been in my head but I have no idea where I recognize it from or if it's from a game or a song I heard, all I remember is it's a guitar playing it, it might be a boss theme, and it feels iconic, like I recognize it from somewhere but I don't know where. I won't attempt to describe it in more detail because I'm not well versed in music (and describing sound is difficult in general) but it's faster paced but not super fast, and I think the part I'm thinking of is the very start of the song which is why I think it's from a game.

You're like the only guitar person I know, so if you have any ideas on what I might be rambling about I would very much appreciate it.
