Okay guys, I've almost completed the whole game, here's everything that's happened: So, after training in the waters around Mossdeep for a while, I go to the Gym, and I totally distroy all the trainers and the two gym leaders, true it wasn't right away, but still. Now, I keep going on to the Seafloor Cavern, now that I have Dive, anyway, I get there, beat all the grunts and make it through the cave to the final floor, I then proceed to crush Archie, to which he responds by awakening Groudon, he then runs away. I then, after the cutscene, immediately go to Sootopolis, where I go though yet another cutscene. I go through the Cave of Origin, where I Master Ball Kyogre, and leave, after yet another cutscene, I go back in teh cave to train, after doing so for a while, I challenge Wallace, I end up battling all the trainers, since I couldn't figure out the last puzzle on the first try. Afterwards, I figure it out, challenge Wallace, and emerge victorious. Now on to Ever Grande, which I fortunately stumbled apon earlier, so I know how to get there, I go in the cave after healing, and am currently training there and trying to find my way out.

I succeed, and then move on to Fortree, to which I immediately go through and go to 120, where I catch Reaper the Absol, I am currently training there.

Okay guys, I kinda forgot to post here for more updates, but here's the newest one, a lot of stuff happened:
So, after training on 120 and actually going all the way to the route before Lillycove,(also took a detour to the Abandoned Ship to get Ice Beam) I head back to Fortree to challenge Winoana with level 37 Pokemon. I absolutely dominate her, OHKOing every trainer's pokemon, and OHKOing all of her pokemon. So, now it's back to Lillycove again, I catch a Shuppet named Pinochio(puppets) and go off to Mount Pire after catching Twiplets the Doduo(I couldn't decide between Twins(Doduo), or Triplets(Dodrio) so I combined the two), anyway, I go to Mount Pire and catch a Vulpix named Ford(six tails, six fingers), defeat all the Grunts and immediately Fly with BLR to Slateport to carry out the cutscene. I then fly back to Lillycove(which I luckily went to before MT Pire). and DESTROY my rival for the last time, I then heal up, stock up, and go up, into the Aqua Hideout, I then procceed to destroy every grunt, grab the master ball, and arrive in the main room in time to let Archie get away. I go out of the Hideout and make my way across the ocean to Mossdeep, I arrive, get the super rod and catch both a Wailmer and a Sharpedo(Collosal and Rocket) I then train in the ocean till I'm ready, my pokemon are around low 40s at this point.

There is one full stop in your entire nuzlocke update... LOL

Okay, here we go: Fortree City, I cross the great, 10 ft long divide of water that was blocking me from exploring like, half the world, and meet Steven again, who spouts some random questions about the team I raise before disappearing yet again, I go into the grass and find a Kecleon, the only place in the world you can find one without using Devon Scope, and foolishly, accidentally, run away, well, after feeling a bit sad for myself, I train and fight some Bird and Bug owners, demolishing them all, I catch a Oddish on 119, Weed, and keep training and going, I then go and fight/reclaim the weather institute, at this point, I'm a little scared at what happened, I keep going, but my guys are nearly dead and I don't have any healing items anymore, and then, suddenly my Rival shows up again, I completely forgot about this battle, I dealt with most of her team with ease, then the dreaded Grovyle comes out and nearly wipes out my team before I finally remember that fighting's super effective to it, so I send in ol' Bisque to Sky Uppercut it into oblivion, I succeed, and then move on to Fortree, to which I immediately go through and go to 120, where I catch Reaper the Absol, I am currently training there.
