I think it’s mostly cause school has started up again. From what I’ve seen, people gradually come back as the school year ends, and we get max activity in the summer.

You had trouble making the image work because it's an SVG file, which is vector-based not pixel-based. It doesn't embed nicely quite like PNG and JPEG do. Also, in the original answer you posted, the link was just a path to a file on your Android filesystem (i.e. not on the internet).
There are tools you can use to convert SVG to PNG, but that conversion isn't straightforward and you'll get mixed results (especially with the formula requiring relatively high fidelity). Easiest to just screenshot it and put it on image hosting.
