I was thinking of making another guide, maybe about what would be considered a safe or risky prediction. Any thoughts? or should I write about something else?

I've been working on it and I'm up to Analyzing Your Opponent, and this sentence is really throwing me off.

For Balanced teams, they rely mostly on a mixture of predictions and plays depending on when it is appropriate to do so.

It's waaaaaayyyyy shorter than the descriptions for Stall and HO and I don't entirely know what it means. Can you shed any light on it?
