I found something about Rapid Strike that makes it suck.... ok not really but it makes single strike better.

It’s weaknesses are Flying, Electric, Grass, Psychic, Fairy.

All of which are usually special attackers (Flying, maybe not, but one of the only competitively viable Flying types is Togekiss).
