No, definitely not — it would still function a lot like the Q&A with individual posts for each team. The main distinctions would be that comments, votes and points would not exist (at least not in their current form), and a lot of the Q&A jargon that is tacked onto the UI would be replaced with more applicable material. (So ‘answers’ would be ‘replies’, ‘questions’ would be ‘threads’, et cetera.) This lets back-and-forth conversation run more smoothly, which makes sense as the content there does encourage conversation. It would also help it appear more active.
