Yes. They're cards with passwords on the back to use in Mystery Gift. Most of them were at GameStop or Target. You had to check your E-mail to get the code for Regigigas and Heatran.

It seems like a miserable thing to do, well, in my opinion. What if you find a powerful Pokémon that's shiny? I guess you have to give it away for a Zubat.
