Me and my friend did around a hundred wonder trades the other day in oras. So yeah people still use it but 95% of the stuff we got was route 1 trash.

Usually, there is at least one person who still Wonder Trades on a game that has Internet Connection still connected. So, yes. People still Wonder Trade on ORAS.
