No, that's not how we moderate, sorry. That question is the same as the 2012 question -- it's as simple as that. We don't allow people to re-ask old questions, because that defeats the purpose of removing duplicate questions in the first place. (The purpose of removing duplicate questions is to make ensure all answers to the same question are in the same place.)
If there are particular reasons that lead you to believe that the circumstances have changed, then you can ask about that. But you can take my word for it that the 2012 thread is up to date.

Re Meta question: It was flagged and hidden because it's a duplicate question. If a question is hidden using flags when it shouldn't be, then it should be brought to our attention and we will deal with it. In this case, there is no issue.
Re Hellfire Taco comment: Once again, you are overreacting. Swear words are not preferable, but we are not going to worry much about them unless they are used to hurt people (or somebody uses them often). You don't need to report every time somebody used a harsh/gross word.
I get the impression you aren't from a Western country, so perhaps there is a cultural divide here. Be aware that in America, Europe and other places (where the majority of the userbase is from), it is acceptable to use those words casually.

I have a MissingNo. in Yellow. For some reason the game named him (I know it doesn't have a gender and genders weren't in Gen 1 but I call it a him) LEMONADE even though I said not to name it. Probably some index number matchup or... I dunno. But I really like him, he's so cute, even though he's just a jumble of pixels. XD
