Oof, I'm sorry, but I no longer accept subscriptions nor do I post the news on others' walls. Basically, I was running out of wall posts, I only have ten because I don't have any points in RMT and I had eleven subscribers. So I decided it'd be easier on me to post the news on my own wall instead. So you can still catch it every day, it just won't be on anyone's walls. Sorry.

For somebody who isn't worried about getting down-votes, you sure have a lot to say when you do get down-voted.
There's nothing I can tell you that will stop you from receiving a down-vote ever again. Just focus on making accurate and complete posts and you will be helping people. If you get down-voted in the process then too bad.

You're really overblowing the meaning of down-votes. Maybe you don't think a post should be down-voted if it's not 100% complete or contains small inaccuracies, but maybe other people do. It's not for you or I to judge. You need to move on.
I can't act upon your subjective impression of other people getting votes for posts that you get down-voted for. Please stop worrying so much about trivial things like this. This website is for helping other people -- it's not about who is getting the most votes.
If you really want my opinion, I don't think a single comment on that post was meant in jest. They are all legitimately trying to improve your answer. If you think that's irritating, then why answer questions to begin with?
