You can still do it in any way you like -- I just think it's efficient to flag the thread instead. I didn't think about the flag limit originally which is my bad.
And yes, if you think the grammar is bad enough that it needs fixing, then you should fix it.

There's no way to remove the limit, unfortunately. A potential workaround is to just flag the actual question that contains problematic answers -- if there's one answer missing details, then there are probably others and we can go through the whole thread ourselves.
