I wouldn't have minded if asker changed BA's. Yes the answer is better, agreed. But it seemed as if the asker knew how to select BA's and was waiting for a better answer. That made me feel my answer wrong. Thanks anyway

Let us first talk about Delibird’s magnificent Abilities. Hustle allows it to move quickly from house to house, throwing presents into people’s chimneys (or in that general area, it’s quite inaccurate) with great glee. Uncultured swines may rant and rave that two of its Abilities are the same, but they are quite mistaken. Vital Spirit increases the chances of encountering pesky Pokemon that Delibird must give presents to, meaning it’s far more of a bother to use Vital Spirit than Insomnia. Both Abilities represent the fact that Delibird is restless, moving around the world every night in order to grant presents to good people and Pokemon, and Charcoal (which is still a nice present for Fire types, admittedly) to the naughty, devious people and Pokemon.
