NO USERS ONLINE (A DBpasta by BM)
It was a dark and stormy night i thinks and i loged onto my favorite wbsite pokemno database. As BM logged onto the site, he scroled through his wall, seing if anythng was added while he was slepping. Odly enough, their wasnt anything. “Strange” I though to myself. I clicked on the hcat tab, only to be met with a ‘Bad Gateway’ screen. BM looked at it, bewildered. as he refrhsed the page, a warning messgae flashed for a second befroe disappeing. He glanced at hte clock on his comuter. “4: 03 PM”, it read. I was a bit surpriesd to see that no one was online. It semed odd to have no activity at this ime of day. Nevertheless, I opended another tab and started doing homework that I hda been puting off for the day. As he worked, BM didnt notice that n our had gone bye. He opened the chat page agn and didnt see anyone talking. I began to wunder were everyone was. then, the pge closed. “What the hell?” said BM as he opned the tab. Upno opening, he was mte with a flood of messages. The users who ent them had their names oddly wapred toway that was unrecogninzble. They’re names we’re also changing as thye snt the messages, but he recognied one of them names in the feed. It was my friend Giru, but soemthng had happen. Hse ws floding the chat with messages that seeed to be warning me of something “RUN” and “BM GET OFF THE CHAT” wer the most frequent. But, just as quikly as the messengers had apprd, thy ended. He wondered what happened. Then, he noticed Pokemaster hd jond the chat. “Hello BM” said Pokemaster. “I’m sorry you had to see that. I was testing a few things and the program began acting up. Let me fix this.” after htat message, BM’s screen xut to blak, before returning the the db hompge. When I clicked on the chat tab, i wz shocked to see that a normal conversation had been taking place for over an hour, and i sw Giru and CS blabbering about their love for each other. Cusotionly, he sent a greetings to that chat nd the usrs responded almost immediatly wih friendly demenor. Sudenly, Giru said “What’s wrong BM, you look shocked” my blud ran cold as i red that. how did she now i ws shoked. “Yeah BM, you look like you saw a ghost” replied CS. “Hey BM, I’m talking to you” said Giru almost intasnty. BM’s hands started to shake. Giru nevr clled him BM, it was always Bee Pen. “BM, there’s nothing to be afraid of” said giru nad cs almost in unison “We were just acting up a bit earlier, didn’t you see?” i trid to clse the tb but my cursor was gone “Please do not leave, we only wish to help you” bm started to pnik “Pokemaster made sure to correct our behavior, now we are fine” bm slmed his computer shut, nd then opend it back up. The chat was empty, and he noticed that there were no users online.
