Bulk because why not.
And you need the Iq because fish have low iq and your trying to be a ditto and ditto has high Iq and you want to appear to be a ditto so you need the Iq investment.

Mr. Fish @ shiny charm
Ability: Illusion
Tera Type: water
EVs: 4 Iq / 252 Spdef / 252 Hp
-Fishious Rend
-Murder

This set allows Mr. Fish to pretend to be something he’s not (Ditto). Evs are to help its 10/7/24 bulk while also increasing your Iq a bit because you need it. Moves are the only moves you learn so why not use them.

He does read his info@pokemondb mailbox, but ignores messages he doesn't consider urgent and says he'll "do the rest later" if you get smart with it. All of us are over it.

I think you also care a bit more about shinys than I do. Once I get more than 3 of the same shiny I stop caring about that shiny. (Don’t ask how many fletching I’ve let fly away. You don’t want to know)

I agree with you that the shinys are definitely less valuable in Z-A compared to other games. In fact I may release some of my shiny Ekans because I have way too many of them rn. It is fun hunting shiny alphas and small sized Pokemon however because they are typically quite hard to get compared to their normal counterparts. Also special balls like beast, love and safari are fairly easy to get in Z-A so you can collect shinys in special balls quite easily thanks to that.
My personal favorite shiny that I have is my shiny, alpha Dragonite in a friend ball.
One last thing. I should warn you that you have to beat 1000 trainers to get the shiny charm which is an absurd amount. (It took me about 12 hours to beat that many trainers)
