I still get a minor dopamine spike every time I see my points have gone up

I never touched the social side of the internet before the Pokebase lol. I just made my way here after 3 or 4 years of liking Pokémon and being a nerd, and maybe a month or two after I started to use the DB in general. I kinda still thought like one would think a five year old would then, and treated the DB the way a five year old would treat a piece of candy or something. "Oh wow, this is cool! The Dude who invented this must have been really smart!" Dude I had NO IDEA how to use this

then why are you on social media
