Interesting thoughts.

Really, I don't know if my father has anything to do with it. I don't even remember what he looks like, I was very young when he left and him and my mom obviously weren't in a stable relationship. Everybody's like that nowadays. Wouldn't surprise me if he had somethin' to do with it, though. I hear the lack of a father in the house can have effects on a lot of things, and I'm in no position to argue. But I don't imagine myself with an unfaithful boyfriend or husband, or one who wants to leave me or something. I just won't settle for less than my standards, and my standards are high. I have high standards likely because I am picky by nature and I see so many idiots doing stupid things that I refuse to be part of that crowd, and probably some other stuff. Like kids my age trying to date. That is not only stupid and pointless, but pathetic. Kids can't hold on to a romantic relationship, and the fact that what they're feeling is just hormones is likely one thing that contributes to that. You may mention that there are exceptions, but there are exceptions to practically everything, so it's frankly of little consequence. I say worry about romance when you're old enough to drive a car because it sounds catchy, but I believe you should wait longer than that. And then there are the adults, doing much more gross things. I do not want to fall into their camp either. I want to fall into their camp less, in fact.

Anyway, since most 'romance' has nothing to do with actual love in this day and age, I don't see the point of me dating. Not just now, but ever. Frankly, even if I found that 'perfect' guy, I probably wouldn't date him. I don't know for sure, since I'll never meet him, but if I were to date him, I'd want to marry him, but what's the point of all this if I don't wanna have kids? This is all assuming, of course, that he'd like me back, which given my personality is a difficult thing to pull off.

When I think about it, you kinda make it seem like all this is a bad thing. Really, I'd say it saves a lot of awkwardness and time. And potentially money on whichever side is spending money. Why date people I don't want a future with?

Warrior name: Mapledawn
Gender: Young tom

Appearance: Mapledawn is slender. He has light blue eyes. He has short fur that is the color of maple leaves in autumn [bright orange]. He also has dark brown swirls all over his body, not a true tiger because the swirls aren't stripes.
Personality: Mapledawn is sort of moody. He's usually in a good mood, but sometimes he's rather pessimistic and has a morbid sense of humor. When he isn't being morbid he's a loner who doesn't say much. He isn't unfriendly, just a bit "off-putting".
Skills: Like all RiverClan cats, he's a strong swimmer, but he's even stronger than most. One of his favorite things to do is swim to take his mind off whatever is bothering him. This makes for lots of practice. He can hunt, but he isn't known for his hunting skills. He's quite good at fighting, though, and this makes up for his lack of hunting skills. He is also smart and has come up with clever plans, if he says so himself. One of these being waiting underwater to sneak attack other Clan cats who might try going over bridges.

Appearance: She is a mix of white and dark brown with no specific pattern. She is slender, like her kits, but has long fur. Her eyes are light blue.
Personality: She is quiet and kind, but worries about her son who is brooding and spends so much time alone. He wasn't always that way, but after he was nearly killed as a kit when a badger got into the camp and attacked, he became a loner. He doesn't remember the incident, but his mother and father do.

Appearance: He's big, about twenty pounds, but he isn't fat, he's just muscular (picture a Maine coon or siberian). He has mostly gray-colored fur with cream points on his ears and muzzle. His fur is short and he has amber eyes.
Personality: He looks tough, but he's a softie and has a carefree nature. He loves to sunbathe, and although he worries about Mapledawn, he doesn't fret like his mate.

Warrior name: Sandblossom
Gender: She-cat
Rank: Warrior
Clan: RiverClan
Appearance: She has her father's fur, [dappled] gray and cream, but with patches of dark brown and her fur is short. She is slender and tall, taller than her brother. [She has her father's amber eyes.]
Personality: She is like their father, carefree and lighthearted, but she has a special closeness with her brother. She knows he almost died, despite not remembering the incident herself, as she heard about it from the elders. Their parents don't speak about it, not in front of the siblings, anyway. She would do anything to keep her brother safe, even though he's older by about fifteen minutes. If anyone goes after Mapledawn, she goes after them. Despite her small weight, she's fierce. She is always there when Mapledawn chooses to talk to anyone, which is rare, and she tries to get the other Clan cats to befriend them. Most don't like being around him because of "dark moods".
Skills: She is one of the best hunters in RiverClan [good at fishing, better at catching birds and such]. She, unlike most of her Clan, doesn't like water [and protests every time she has to go fishing], but will go into it if she has to. She prefers to sit in treetops and look down at the world.
