1. Yes, RPG Maker MV Player only allows you to play other peoples' games. Thank you for alerting me to this, I hadn't figured it out from the title, the main menu, and the 80+ hours I spent playing it. And in case you were wondering, that was sarcasm.

2. RPG Maker MV IS free. It costs no money. If I recall, the issue with you needing RPG Maker MV was that you couldn't download it on your Switch, not that it wasn't free. Now, if RPG Maker MV (MV, not MZ, which has a free trial but the full thing isn't free) suddenly started costing money, feel free to inform me of how much it costs. And no, not having the cash for a proper computer to download it on doesn't mean RPG Maker MV costs money.
