Maybe it doesn't fit the walking style, but instead of "Shoes Toll", maybe shoes/shoes. It's a support after all, and a hard/fast volt is very useful.

The extra power/speed seems nice, but Raikou doesn't want to be locked in motion because he's kind of electrically locked, and it's hard for Raikou to make a choice since this base belongs to a tiered system. Stem. something like Seismitoad and Mega Steelix.

No Time for Introductions
