To get a Volbeat with Prankster and Baton Pass, you would need to catch a female Volbeat with Prankster in the Bug Friend Safari.

Then, breed that Volbeat with a male Ledyba (learns Baton pass at level 22) or a Lopunny (learns Baton Pass at level 26), to get a Volbeat with Prankster and Baton Pass
