Yup, though i don't know much of politics but i'm pretty sure people can kick other parties out if they have a coallition (like when multiple parties mash together as a team)

we pay more taxes* and the taxes go to wellish people

they don't live up to their promises
and in belgium we have something called provinces, it's like baby states lol, and then there are flemmish provinces and wale provinces. Apparently we (flemmish) pay more but wales have had more influence on the choices. The federal government has something in it which is 7th place out of 20 i think and it's not what we voted for
