Actually I was thinking it's better if the staff of PokemonDB itself post threads. There is less chance of mistakes then :P
And the moveset answers I saw were straight up copy pastes. I guess the guy posted 1 smogon set and +2 votes on it. And he did it multiple times for the votes I guess. At first I too thought he made it himself, but later in other threads he did copy pasting so I was kinda sure what happened.
