You can answer questions to make sure you get on the mark. You're encouraged to flag posts if you believe they're violating the rules. Beyond that, however, it'd be best to leave it for editors or moderators to deal with. Often, the posts are either context sensitive or discussed with others as a group before we do anything. There's a queue that shows all the flag posts so they don't get missed. Hopefully that should help as an explanation.
