Personality: quiet and intelligent. Doesn't attract a lot of attention, but can figuratively explode if he gets very mad. Tends to work from the shadows, sometimes slightly  manipulates others.
Meeting mc: learning different strategies with his pokemon, alone. Go off of that, I guess. Don't have a lot for that.
