Hoenn starters in Black 2?

Is it possible to get Hoenn starters in Black 2? Or Sinnoh or Kanto or any other reigions? (except from Unova)

No.You need to poketransfer or trade.

The starters in Black 2 will be just just like Black 1
Snivy, Oshawott and Tepig.
The only way to get the other starters would be to trade or hack.
You can get them over GTS or ask a friend to trade or poketransfer from other generations.
Other than that there aren't any ways to get them.
