Can you get gen 5 and 6 shiny starters from soft resets?

Question

Is it possible to get HA starters from soft reseting? Also, can you get a shiny shedinja and a shiny ninjask from one shiny nincada?

You cannot obtain HA Starters shiny if they're received from Pokemon Bank, but can be obtained shiny through breeding, which also saves so much more time. As for the whole Nincada deal, yes, the Shininess will be transferred to Ninjask and Shedinja.
