Can you soft reset for natures etc, for the Pokemon Bank Johto Starters HA Event?

I want to know if you can soft reset for them, and how you will receive them.

To receive these three Pokémon, players need to use Pokémon Link in their copy of Pokémon X, Pokémon Y, Pokémon Omega Ruby, or Pokémon Alpha Sapphire after they have accessed Pokémon Bank using one of these games. Note that each Pokémon Bank account will be able to receive these three Pokémon only once.

As for soft resetting, if it works similar to how Celebi was distributed, then no, it is not possible to soft reset for a better nature, but you can get more distributions of these Pokemon if you have more than one Gen VI Pokemon game. These Pokemon are breedable though so you can breed a better nature and IVs onto them.

I believe you can or if you don't like the nature you could always breed it to get a nature you want
