ok so I have 5 eggs and I'm using the masuda method ok so now heres my question do I now have a 5/1639 chance of getting a shiny or do I have a 5/8195 chance of getting a shiny?
The Chance is still a 1/2048 for each egg. So you have 5 1/2048 chances.
