Some help with burn?

Question

So a lot of times my poor Toxicroak gets burned. But I have Bulk Up. So my question is, how many Bulk Up's does it take to counter that burn? Or if you can't counter burn, how many Bulk Up's does it take to even it out so I have the same attack as before?

Burn lowers attack by 50% so 2 bulk ups would do.
