Is the Attack stat of a Pokémon with Quick Feet affected by burn?

I have a physical sweeping Ursaring with the Quick Feet ability. I'm wondering if the Ursaring is burned, will the Attack drop be ignored because of Quick Feet or will Ursaring's Attack be halved?

Yes, a burned Pokemon with Quick Feet will still get the attack stat reduction from the burn.
