If I wanted to EV train a Pokemon to level 50 (and no higher) it possible to get all 510 EVs in time?

I really don't want something related to PKRS <(PokeRus).
And the use of Vitamins is kinda hard with my money so...
It is for the cup where you are ONLY allowed to use lv 50 Pokemon.

Yes you can max out your EVs before level 50.
