Can you replace shops in join avenue once they are full?

Okay,lets say my join avenue is completely full with shops.There are 2 raffle shops in my join avenue and I wanna replace one of the raffle shops for a dojo.Is it possible to replace the raffle shop and any other shops in join avenue?

Yes.

When you try to invite the person in, the game will bring up the list of shops you can replace.
