Do you need an adapter to battle wifi?

Every time I click my code is says log on to wifi. I try and it says no points in range.

You need a router. once you set up the security, use that password to allow your DS access to your router, then the world is yours.... make sure the security is for slightly older devices, if ur DS is included the router will be your access point
